By using Forkpoint you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Forkpoint to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Refunds are handled case by case via support.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice when feasible.

6. Liability

Forkpoint is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
